All orders ship from Seoul, South Korea. Orders are processed within 2 business days.

• International standard (K-Packet / EMS): 7–14 business days
• Express (DHL / FedEx): 3–7 business days

Tracking is provided for every order. Delivery times may vary during holidays and customs processing.

Customs duties and import taxes

Checkout prices do not include destination-country customs duties, import taxes, or carrier brokerage fees. These charges are set by your country, are the customer's responsibility, and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at delivery.

If a shipment is refused or abandoned because these charges were not paid, shipping costs are not refundable.
