Shipping & Customs
All orders ship from Seoul, South Korea. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Tracking is provided for every order.
Current checkout destinations: South Korea and the United States. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
International Shipping
The following rates apply to eligible destinations outside South Korea. Available destinations and shipping methods are confirmed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. All amounts below are in USD.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges, duties and taxes. An eligible subtotal of exactly $60 qualifies for free Standard shipping; exactly $200 qualifies for free Express shipping. At $200 or more, both free options may be available. Please select your preferred method at checkout.
Below the applicable free shipping threshold, the shipping fee shown above applies. These are flat rates, not weight-based shipping charges.
Domestic Shipping — South Korea
For eligible orders delivered within South Korea, Standard shipping is $10 and Express shipping is $19, regardless of order value. The international free shipping offers do not apply to domestic orders. The international transit estimates above do not apply to domestic delivery; please contact us if you need a delivery estimate.
Processing, Tracking & Delivery
Transit estimates start when your order is dispatched and do not include the order processing time of up to 2 business days. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may vary by destination, holidays, customs processing and local postal delays.
Orders exceeding carrier weight limits may be split into multiple packages or upgraded to a faster shipping method at no additional shipping charge. Tracking details will be provided for dispatched packages.
Customs & Import Duties
United States: Low-value orders are not automatically exempt from import duties. Applicable duties are calculated and collected at checkout as a separate line item. We arrange prepaid customs clearance through our shipping provider. Duties already collected at checkout should not be charged again on delivery. If you receive a request for an additional customs payment, please contact us with the notice so we can investigate.
Other international destinations: Import duties, taxes and local customs or carrier fees may be payable by the recipient under the destination country's rules. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Free shipping covers the shipping fee only; it does not waive duties or taxes.
Customs Declaration
We declare goods accurately based on the actual transaction and applicable customs requirements. We cannot mark commercial purchases as gifts or lower the declared value on request.
Returns, Delivery Problems & Customs
For customer-requested returns, original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This does not apply to defective or incorrectly shipped items: we cover those return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Refund policy.
If a parcel is held or refused by customs, please contact us promptly. If the recipient refuses or abandons a shipment, or does not complete required customs formalities, shipping costs and customs duties already incurred are not refundable. This does not override our responsibility for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
