Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless the item is defective.

All returns must be authorized before you ship anything back. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number. Once approved, we will send you the return address in Seoul, South Korea. Items sent back without authorization may not be refunded.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items, which we cover in full.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.
